Delivery Methods

1) How to qualify for free delivery?
Home Delivery Service: Free home delivery is applied on orders HK$400 and over before applying Coupon code. For orders totaling less than HK$400, a delivery fee of HK$40 will be applied.

2) Where do you deliver?
We provide delivery service to addresses in Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and the New Territories, except areas specifically mentioned. Click Here to learn more about delivery details.

3) Can I select home delivery time slot?
Cannot, we do not support at this moment. 

4) Can I choose S.F. Express Store/ Centre/ EF Locker Pickup? How’s delivery fee?
Free Pick up point / Locker service is applied on orders HK$400 or above. For orders value less than HK$400, delivery fee of HK$40 will be charged.

5) Any steps if I choose EF Locker?
You will receive an SMS including the locker password and please arrange to take within 30 hours after receiving SMS, otherwise the order will be cancelled.

6) Can I choose all locker locations?
Some lockers are accessible by residents of specific properties only. Please do not select these lockers unless you are the stated resident.

7) Any steps if I choose SF Pick up point?
An order is generally shipped according to the order sequence within 1-3 working days. The actual time of arrival may vary due to adverse weather conditions or any unexpected circumstances. Please refer to the pick-up notification. An order must be picked up within 3 days after receipt of the pick-up notification; any unclaimed order will be cancelled and discarded without further notice.

8)     How can I use Tsuen Wan Office Pick up?
Opening Time: 
Monday to Friday: 10am - 5pm (12:15 pm - 1:15 pm Lunch Time) 
Except Saturday, Sunday, Public Holiday

After receiving "Arrived email " and pick up within 7 working days. $10/Per day warehouse fee will be charged if not pickup after 7 working days.

9) Can I change the delivery address for a confirmed order?
Sorry, you cannot change the order address by yourself. If you wish to change the address, please contact our Customer Service at 852 - 6067 8833 or emai to eorder@pasioncare.com for assistance.

10)   Can I choose Macau Delivery? And how's the delivery charge?
Yes, order value is $400 or above free delivery, otherwise, $40 delivery cost will be charged.

11)   Can I choose Singapore Delivery? And how's the delivery charge?
Yes, order value is $400 or above free delivery, otherwise, $100 delivery cost will be charged.
