We are IKONE Design Limited. (collectively referred to as "we", "the company" or " IKONE ") and we own and operate the site https://eshop.pasioncare.com/ . Our site offers a convenient way to shop online over the Internet, including by using our applications and also provides one-stop home delivery services (referred to as "services").

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before using our site. By using our site or any part of it, you agree that you have read these terms and conditions and that you accept and agree to be bound by them. We may revise these terms and conditions from time to time by updating this posting. The revised terms will take effect when they are posted.

We shall make every effort to ensure that prices, details and sizes of products at our e-store are up-to-date. Prices are subject to change without prior notice and all orders are subject to our acceptance at our sole discretion and stock availability.

We shall make every effort to ensure product(s) displayed at our e-store are in stock. If from time to time any products become out of stock, we reserve the right to offer alternative product(s) of similar value and style.

All orders are subject to confirmation of final availability and we reserve the right to reject the order in the event that any of the products or services requested are unavailable.

During the registration:

1.You must provide us with accurate, complete and up to date registration information;

2.You must safeguard your username and password;

3.You authorise us to assume that any person using the e-store with your username and password is either you or is authorized to act for you;

You must inform us immediately of any changes to the information that you provided so that we can communicate with you effectively.

In the event that we have reasonable suspicion that any information and material supplied by you to us for registration is untrue, inaccurate, outdated or incomplete and etc., we have absolute discretion to cancel any order made by you and/or terminate/cancel your registration with us and in such circumstances, you hereby agree not to raise any claim against us for whatsoever compensation and reliefs.

Upon our receipt of your order, an order reference number would be automatically generated for further order processing.

Your order is deemed to be accepted at the time we send you the Order Confirmation through e-mail specifying the order reference number, order details, total amount. Order is for personal, non-commercial use only. Such confirmation does not constitute a promise of delivery of order items.

We reserve our right not to accept or cancel an order for any reasons at our sole discretion, including without limitation:

1.no sufficient stock to deliver the products you have ordered;

2.no delivery can be arranged for your area; or

3.one or more of the products you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a human or computer error or an error in the pricing information provided by the supplier.

The company accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, PayPal, Apple Pay Google Pay; Orders will be charged in Hong Kong dollars.

We use third party payment service to process online transactions. When you place an order, you agree and accept that your credit card information will be collected, processed, and kept by a payment service provider subject to its terms and conditions. You agree and accept that you are solely and exclusively responsible for any losses incurred or sustained by you in making credit card transaction, and in no event shall any such losses in whole or in part be borne by us.

We do not collect or keep your credit card information. If you choose to save your credit card information for express checkout, you agree and accept that the information will be encrypted and stored by the third party payment service providers.

Acceptance of orders is subject to our sole discretion.

The company reserves the right to change the payment terms for any order without prior notice.

Products and prices displayed on our site are for reference only and are subject to alteration or modification at the time of actual transaction.

You may enjoy free standard delivery service to your specified billing address for each purchase of HKD$400 or above (as specified under your invoice). Extra charge may apply if you select delivery at certain specified time slots.

When you purchase for an amount of less than HKD$400, you may enjoy delivery service to your billing address at additional charge specified by us.

We will deliver the products ordered by you to the address you give us for delivery at the time you make your order through the third party provider. You shall accept the products yourself (except where you have specifically instructed us to leave your delivery outside the door or at the concourse – missing delivery under such circumstances shall be at your own risk) when the products are delivered to the address you give us for delivery. You agree and accept that we are entitled, at our option, to charge you additional costs or cancel your order in the event of your failure to accept delivery for whatever reasons.

We will ship the order within around 7 business days from the date of email confirmation note. Orders will be shipped via SF Express. Arrival time is not guaranteed and it will be based on regions of destination. If there is sufficient inventory, order will be handled in the afternoon if it is placed before 12 noon. Order will be handled in the next day morning if it is placed after 12noon. For online tracking, please enter the waybill number in the logistic company's official website http://www.sf-express.com. In case of out of stock, you will be contacted by phone or email to determine the final delivery time.

Each order can be delivered to one location only.

Under normal circumstances, we would not accept any request for exchange of products or cancellation of orders.

You are requested to examine the goods immediately for any deficiencies and/or damages of their appearance and whether all accessories are included upon delivery. If it is the case, please contact our Customer Service Department our store staff.

If we have agreed you are entitled to an exchange but the products to be exchanged are sold out, we will refund your payment.

All risks in the product(s) shall pass to you upon delivery but IKONE shall retain title in the products until full payment has been received.

We are committed to safeguarding the privacy of individuals with respect to personal data. We therefore make sure that our policies and practices in relation to the collection, use, retention, transfer and access of personal data comply with the requirements of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Chapter 486) under the laws of Hong Kong. Please refer to our Privacy Policy Statement.

If the performance by our company of its obligations is prevented by reason of "force majeure" which shall include prevention occasioned by fire, casualty, accident, act of God, natural disaster, any law, order, proclamation, regulation, demand or requirement of the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region or of any of its government agencies, strikes, labour disputes, shortage of labour or lack of skilled labour, shortage or unavailability of products or raw materials, delay in transit or other causes whatsoever (whether similar to the foregoing or not) beyond the reasonable control of Our Company, Our Company shall be excused from such performance to the extent of such prevention, and Our Company shall have no liability whatsoever towards the Customer.

we only serve and deliver products to end consumers. We are not selling our products for re-sell purpose. If we have grounds to believe that you are not purchasing our products as an end user, we reserve the right to decline or cancel your order.

All intellectual property rights in the content, user content, design, text, graphics and other materials on our site, and the selection or arrangement thereof are owned, controlled or licensed by or to us. Any unauthorized use without our prior written permission is strictly prohibited. All trademarks, product names and company names or logos used in our site are our property or that of their respective owners. No permission is given by us in respect of the use of any such trademarks, get-up, product names, company names, logos or titles and such use may constitute an infringement of the holder's rights.

If any dispute arises, our determination shall be final. Where these Terms and Conditions are available in Chinese, the English version is the governing version and shall prevail whenever there is a discrepancy between the two versions.

We reserve the right to amend and revise our sales prices, delivery charges and online shopping policies from time to time without prior notice.
